I used a Betty Crocker Box Mix. You can also make it from scratch.
Topping:
1 1/2 cup Whipping Cream
1 Package of Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1 Flat of Blueberries
1 Flat of Blackberries
Directions:
Prepare the cake and let cool.
While the cake is baking or cooling, prepare the topping.
Whip just the whipping cream in a bowl until firm. Set aside or place in the refrigerator.
In a separate bowl mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Add cream cheese mixture to the whipping cream and mix until fully combined and firm. I used a mixer on low-med speed for all three combinations.
Rinse berries and gently fold them into the topping mixture.
Cut a slice of the angel food cake, top with berry mixture, and serve.
