Cinnamon Roll Casserole

 This casserole is deliciously dangerous!

I love making this casserole for a family and friend breakfast or brunch. It's an easy recipe and everyone always enjoys it.

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

2 cans of cinnamon rolls
3tsp cinnamon
3tsp butter
2tsp vanilla  extract
4 eggs
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup/bag of pecans
1/2 cup butter pecan maple syrup +2 tbs when it comes out of the oven

 Instructions:
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Melt butter and pour into your baking dish.
  3. Take out cinnamon rolls and chop each roll into quarters and place the icing to the side. Spread the chopped cinnamon rolls over the melted butter evenly.
  4.  In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, cinnamon & vanilla until combined. Drizzle over the cinnamon rolls. Sprinkle the pecans and pour the pecan maple syrup on top.
  5. Bake in the oven for about  25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove the covers from the icing; microwave for about 10 seconds or until thin enough to drizzle. Stir in the remaining 2 teaspoon of maple syrup. Drizzle over the cinnamon roll casserole. Serve warm.
