Crock Pot Chili with Mini Cornbread Muffins



Crock Pot Ingredients:
1 Package of Lean Ground Turkey
2 15oz Cans of Black Beans
2 15oz Cans of Sweet Corn
1 15oz Can of Kidney Beans
1 15oz Can of  Pinto Beans
2 14.5oz Cans of Diced Tomatoes(do not drain)
3 Cloves of Garlic (chopped)
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
3tsp Cumin
3tsp Chili Powder
3tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Garlic Salt to Taste

Toppings:
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cilantro
Red Onion

Prepare:
Put all of the crock pot ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. 







Mini Cornbread Muffins:
I use Trader Joe's Cornbread Mix and my mini muffin pan. Fill up each cup 3/4 full and bake until golden brown and firm in the middle.
