Lemon Butter Dill Salmon

This is not only the easiest baked salmon, but also (in my opinion) the absolute tastiest! I usually serve it with asparagus and rice or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:
1 whole lemon (sliced)
Dill (fresh or dried)
Butter
Fresh Salmon Fillet

Step 1:  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice the lemon and toss the ends.

Step 2: Place the lemon slices on a foil over a flat oven pan.

Step 3: Place the salmon fillet over the lemon slices.

Step 4: Sprinkle a generous amount dried dill or fresh dill on top of the salmon fillet.

Step 5: Place pads of butter over the salmon (use as much or as little as you prefer).

Step 6: Wrap it all up and place on the middle rack in the oven and cook for about 25 minutes (timing varies).

*The trickiest part is figuring out the timing. Check on the salmon to make sure it's cooked to a light pink all over.
